Product Overview:


COD reflux digester adopts glass burr reflux tube instead of spherical reflux tube, and uses air cooling technology instead of tap water cooling method. The cooling part is mainly completed by a burr condenser tube and a fan. The upper part of the condenser tube is spherical, and the catalyst is added from here to prevent the instantaneous evaporation of light components in the sample. The lower part is "burr" shaped, with two opposing spherical condenser tubes extending from the condenser tube wall on a plane. In addition, the dual effect of cooling water in the upper spherical reflux tube and the fan inside the machine ensures the reflux cooling of the sample.


This instrument strictly follows the determination steps specified in the national environmental protection department's standard analysis method "HJ 828-2017 Determination of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) in Water Quality - Dichromate Method (replacing GB 11914-89)", which specifies the conditions and indicators of the method, such as heating digestion time, solution acidity, oxidant and catalyst dosage. Following the basic principles of international standards (ISO) and national standards (GB), ensure the digestion operation of reflux heating and micro boiling for 2 hours, and prepare and add reagent solutions in accordance with the national environmental protection department's "HJ828-2017" dichromate method to ensure reliable and accurate analysis results.
